Copying

You can copy without disabling the app. If you want to copy a piece of text, double tap on an area free of any text and move your finger over the text. The magnifying glass is now there and you can copy whatever you like. With that settled, its a great app.

Very slick

Easy to set up, easy to use. I will probably get a decent amount of use from this because you dont need to exit the browser to get definition. Simple. Practical.

This is what I was looking for

This is what exactly I was looking for.

No Chinese

The English dictionary works fine, but not Chinese. When I tap a character the whole sentence is highlighted and it never figures anything out. Chinese support is the whole reason I wanted this app. Bummer!

Five star all the way!!

This app is amazing. I downloaded it and then followed the instructions. It allows you to integrate it to safari so that you can still use safari as youre main such engine. You can even delete it after the set up in order to save space. I looked everywhere for this sort of app and was unable to find one like this. Now I dont need to have all those other "promising" apps taking up space on my iPad. This app also works great, I tested it on many words that I was unable to find in other dictionary apps.

Love it!

It easy!

Awesomeness!

I think you have to click on the book marked site, but then it shows a black bar at the top telling you to click on the word for its definition.. I think you have to click on it every time, but it beats having to switch between different apps.. I was confused at first but then it worked..

Really cool

Its cool that it works with safari. You just have to open the app once to integrate it with safari then you can delete it and still use it within safari.

:)

This is really easy to install and awesome. I RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Good app, but no longer needed with iOS5

App is really easy to install and works as described. However, with the iOS5 update, the dictionary is built directly into the iPhone now making this app no longer needed. You can even look up words anywhere on the phone and not just safari now.

Enable multi-language Dictionary

Excellent app. :) Easy to integrate and use.

Yeah its a little easier.

I think with an update of a few new features, this app could still be viable, even with apple releasing this as its own addition with ios5. This app is a little quicker in that you dont have to choose between copy or definition. But is it worth it? A few tweaks will tell.

Needs update

It links to google dictionary which is no longer supported by google (the website is down permanently). If the script was updated to open another dictionary site it would be better. Not sure what the shop icon is for either.

Im afraid of this app

There are only a few ways this app can work, and most of these mechanisms have tremendous privacy and security issues. Does this app install a proxy so that Safari now routes every page I view through the developers servers? Does the app install some JavaScript or CSS into some kind of Safari user template? Until the developer explains how the thing works, and I am satisfied this isnt click-tracking and key-logging, I plan to avoid it like the plague.

Doesnt work on iPad (v4.3)

Installed on iPhone 4 and iPad 2 where it works as advertised. Installed on my parents iPad(v4.3) and it simply wont work. I tried like 17 times too. Restarted, deleted, reinstalled...just wont work :(

A RIPOFF-DO NOT BUY

First of all I blame myself for buying this unnecessary app. Safari already allows you to highlight and define a word. That being said this app is completely worthless. I really wish the app store allowed you to return apps because I would return this one. Do not buy under any circumstances.

Very misleading, poor support

1. It seems the app does not support most of the languages it says it does. 2. Only once you install the app. you find out that it by no means translates... That is, its just English-English (meaning that if the app did support French or Hebrew, as it says that it does, it would be Hebrew-Hebrew and French-French). However, at the time you figure this out, you have a nice Cash button, that takes you to the Tap Translate app page. Not a great of doing business at all. 3. The support page for the app is a public forum, with the last answer from the developers dating 10 months ago.

My money grows in trees

Unusable app, I want my money back.

Liars

it says there are lots of languages but just english to english. Also does not work in some websites. They dont have any support. İ click support page and just faq question section is open. You cannot reach them

Works perfectly

Follow a few instructions.....works as advertised. Thanks.
